Silent Dream Now available with Cruciform Tailplane
The Silent Dream has dominated the 7 cell Electric Electroslot
Competitions in England
since its introduction in 1998 and continues to do so today.
The Silent Dream has undergone
continuous development over the years and is now available in
several versions with a choice
of wingspans and tailplane layouts. The 2.2 metre version has
Two-piece wings of lightweight
construction in a traditional rib and spar structure, the aileron
servo boxes are installed
and the cables fitted. The 2.5 metre version has Three-piece
wings of rib and spar
construction with a Balsa "D" box and full depth spar.

Optional Single or Twin Airbrakes in the central panel aids those
competition
landings and bring the model out of the lift safely. (See photo
above)The white GRP fuselage
model has a new removable "Sheath Nose" and is ready
for the installation
of the R/C and electric flight equipment The plug-in Vee tailplane
halves are removable
for ease of transport. The new Cross Tail fuselage has a removable
tailplane for easy transport.
A Graupner Speed 600 and 2.8:1 gearbox, 7 x 2400 Cells and a
14 x 9.5 prop can be used
to power the model. For competition or sports flying the new
breed of Brushless motors will give
the model a fantastic performance. Glider or Electric fuselages
are available for all fuselage types.
The 2.2 metre or 2.5 metre wings will fit any of the fuselage
options.
