NOVUS Thermik An exciting new design from FVK.As a pure Thermal glider or Electric glider this model will thrill you with its outstanding performance. The light built up structure of the wing tips and tailplane reduces the overall weight and produces an excellent thermal soaring model. The MH 32 wing section with full span camber changing flaps and elegant wing shape combine to produce a superb overall flight performance and outstanding handling characteristics. The Crow brakes allow safe descents out of the thermals with accurate landings. The robust fuselage with removable nose cone and canopy is moulded in Glass Fibre, the canopy is trimmed to fit and the sternpost is fitted. The three-piece wings, comprising a foam veneer centre section with Built-up tips have the GPR wing joiners fitted. The servo wells in the wing centre section are machined to suit the Robbe-Servo-Lock system. (not supplied). The Flaps and Ailerons are pre-cut and hinged and the servo cable ducts are installed. The wing bolts onto the fuselage with two screws. With its excellent thermal soaring capability and roomy fuselage, the model is ideally suited as a large electric soarer designed for up to 16 of the 4/5 SC cells. The NOVUS Thermik is an ARTF (Almost Ready to Fly) kit and is delivered assembled and covered only requiring the installation of R/C equipment and Electric flight equipment where appropriate. Available with either Glider or Electric fuselages.
