K2 light
Do you want to just soar in the thermals with the birds or maybe
perform some
light aerobatics? Maybe your ambition is to join the ranks of
the Competition flyers?
With our K2 Light you can realize all of these ambitions. The
new lightweight version
of our well-proven K2 model has a flying weight of approx.1700g
at 3,20metre wingspan.
The wing is a mixture of construction techniques. The Centre
Panel is Foam Veneer
with a full depth spar strengthened with Carbon and Glass fibre
cloth. The Wing Tips are a conventional built up rib and spar
structure. The flaps and ailerons are hinged and the model
is delivered ready covered and assembled. The slim Epoxy GRP
fuselage features a short
wing pylon, removable nose cone and an inner fuselage section
to mount the R/C gear.
An optional Electric fuselage enables you to enjoy the pleasures
of Electric flight.
The Length of the Electric nose cone can be shortened if required
to suit the heavier
brushed motors. The elevator servos can be positioned directly
in the built-up Vee Tailplane
halves for direct linkage to the elevators. The MH32 wing section
ensures excellent
soaring flight. The K2 Light will delight you with its outstanding
performance.
